About the Company

The Role
The Ad Ops team is part of the Media Sciences department, which is comprised of specialized media experts responsible for identifying and executing the most innovative media technologies in the industry today. Ad Operations is responsible for the flawless connectivity between media activation and analytics. Working closely with Media Planner, Platform Traders, SEM, Paid Social, and our world class Analytics teams, Ad Ops is integral in ensuring that campaigns are built correctly and executed impeccably to drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Serves as an integral trafficking specialist
• Maintains consistency and best practice in our ways of working across markets and pushing forward our media optimization capabilities
• Works closely with our central media account and data teams and individual market activation teams to ensure successful technical deployment, trafficking, QA and troubleshooting of tracking
• Communicates effectively and tactfully with clients, affiliates, managers and coworkers

Experience Required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 1-2 years media agency experience preferred, including focus on digital media execution and campaign management. Past media, marketing and advertising agency internships also preferred
• Software: Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication required
• Soft Skills: Proactive in work approach, prioritize, multi-task, and work in dynamic, in a fast-paced environment, close attention to detail and relentless dedication to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ad servers like Google Campaign Manager and SAS
• Third party Ad verification knowledge (i.e., IAS, Double Verify, Moat etc.) and experience with survey integration tagging (i.e., YouGov, Data+Math, Video Amp etc.)
