Who are we

My client is a fast growing (30 today, 60 by 2023), highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to their clients.  Punching well above their weight, with a client roster including Audible, Boden, Compare The Market, Joules, Saga, Science in Sport, The Economist and many more.  Always striving to go beyond client expectations, recognised as leaders in the industry.  Now looking to grow internally, and are looking for a Client Enablement Lead who shares enthusiasm for capturing, understanding and utilising data.

What we do

Our core enablement services cover five key components within two service strands:

DATA COLLECTION

  1. Data layer strategy, design, and implementation
  2. Tag management strategy, deployment, and maintenance
  3. Analytics strategy, implementation, and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION

  1. Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  2. Personalisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  3. Omni-channel digital customer experience journey orchestration

We guide our clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.

The Role

  • Driving the overall direction for the clients you are responsible for across the Data Activation or Collection service strands.
  • Being the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams as per 6 core services listed above.  We predominantly support those services via Adobe technology: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign.
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
  • Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection: 
  • Creating requirements documentation
  • Creating detailed solution design reference documents
  • Building implementation/deployment plans
  • Configuring the tools (RSIDs, Activities etc)
  • Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation process
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
  • Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard
  • Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards to ensure all reporting requirements are met
  • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage

Your ESSENTIAL skills and experience:

  • 1-5 years Adobe Analytics 
  • 1-5 year managing client accounts 
  • 1-3 years CRO/Personalisation experience
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides (or equivalent)
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sense of humour
