My client is a small, highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to our clients. My client boasts an impressive client roster including Audible, Boden, Hive, Saga, The Economist and many more. My client always strives to go beyond client expectations, and they are recognised as leaders in our industry.  My client now need to grow our team, and they are looking for a Digital Experience Enablement Specialist who has enthusiasm for capturing and understanding data.

What we do

My clients core enablement services cover five key components within two service strands:

DATA COLLECTION:

  • Data layer strategy, design, and implementation
  • Tag management strategy, deployment, and maintenance
  • Analytics strategy, implementation, and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION:

  • Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  • Personalisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  • Marketing automation across all digital customer touch-points

Guiding our clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.

The Role  

As the Client Enablement Lead, you will report to the Client Services Director, who will support you on all client tasks as required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Driving the overall direction for those clients across the Data Activation and Collection service strands
  • Being the primary interface for clients running their Analytics, CRO and Personalisation programmes predominantly via Adobe Analytics
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented, and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements
  • Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection: 
    • Creating requirements documentation.
    • Creating detailed solution design reference documents.
    • Building implementation plans.
    • Configuring the Properties/Views.
    • Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation process.
    • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time.
    • Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard.
    • Creating segments and calculated metrics to ensure all reporting requirements are met.
    • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage.
  • Support the client delivery of tasks related to Data Activation:
  • Building testing plans.
  • Building implementation plans.
  • Creating segments to better target and analyse data.
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time.

There will be no direct reports for this role immediately – which will likely change as we continue to grow – but you will have access to at least 6 additional staff members shared by the rest of the business to manage all your client requirements.  These additional staff members are split between technology specialists and developers.

Experience Required 

  • 2+ years Digital Analytics experience
  • 2+ years Adobe Analytics 
  • 1+ year managing client accounts 
  • Client-facing experience

Required Skills 

  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Google Sheets and Google Slides (or equivalent)
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sense of humour
  • – Adobe Analytics

Salary Package & Benefits

We will offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with your skills and experience. We also offer a company performance bonus scheme, which, as part of a small team, you will be able to directly influence.

Location

Initially home-based with the option of using a central London hot-desking environment on demand.  We recently ended our commitment for a large, fixed office in central London due to the pandemic but will be reviewing in H2 of 2021.
