OVERVIEW

My client is a rapidly growing agency with a highly experienced team of digital experienced enablement specialists helping clients to continually monitor and improve it’s digital performance. They are looking for an experienced Client Enablement Lead with a background within Digital Analytics to join their growing team.

They provide digital enablement services to some incredibly well-known and impressive organisations on their roster. They are recognised as leaders in their industry and are looking for talent who shares the same enthusiasm as they do to go above and beyond client expectations.

Client Enablement Lead day to day responsibilities:

  • Driving the overall direction for those clients across the Data Activation and Collection service strands
  • Being the primary interface for our clients running their Analytics, CRO and Personalisation programmes predominantly via Adobe Analytics
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements
  • Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection
  • Creating requirements documentation
  • Creating detailed solution design reference documents
  • Building implementation plans
  • Configuring the Properties/Views
  • Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation process
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
  • Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard
  • Creating segments and calculated metrics to ensure all reporting requirements are met
  • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage
  • Support the client delivery of tasks related to Data Activation:
  • Building testing plans
  •  Building implementation plans
  • Creating segments to better target and analyse data
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time

Client Enablement Lead Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years Digital Analytics experience
  • 2+ years Adobe Analytics
  • 1+ year managing client accounts
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides (or equivalent)
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sense of humour
