Role Overview

My client is looking for a CRM Executive to join the growing Digital Team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role will be critical in delivering new campaigns as well as optimising existing ones. This individual will be responsible for smart campaigns, built upon customer data and insight. It will have end-to-end involvement in campaigns, from data-driven inception to having them delivered to customers. It will include the optimisation of current customer lifecycle campaigns as well as delivery of brand-new ones. It will also work on campaigns that are driven from agile test and learn workstream.

 

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Support the Data-Driven CRM Manager in planning and deploying CRM campaigns to customers which will be based upon customer data vs. calendar-led campaigns.
  • Writing agency briefs for campaigns based upon strategic and campaign goals. These will cover communications across email, push, in-app and beyond.
  • Managing the creative review process with all internal and agency stakeholders.
  • Delivering against the timings and expectations throughout the process to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Reviewing and quality assurance of all campaign creative, from first round to live tests.
  • Closely monitoring results, providing recommendations on how loyalty campaigns can be improved.
  • Sharing campaign results with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Be part of our data-driven CRM agile test and learn workstream and deliver the campaigns driven from it.
  • Become an expert in our brand principles and goals and how these apply to our communications.
  • Ensuring our agency apply these to our communications.

 

What background do I need to have?

  • Degree in relevant subject.
  • 2 years’ experience in a CRM Executive role or equivalent. Within this time, you should have experience of delivering data-driven campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle principles and how CRM can grow customer engagement.
  • Experience of email & push marketing principles – current trends & innovations.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and mobile app KPIs, segmentation and the operational processes behind data-driven CRM campaigns that can influence them.
  • Ability to analyse data and results to provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills, someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A great communicator. Frequent, clear and accurate communication with internal and agency teams is essential.
  • A strong relationship builder and ability to manage stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • A digitally savvy individual who is keen on all things CRM and marketing.
  • Somebody that can immerse themselves in a brand quickly to become an all-round brand expert.
  • Experience of using a market leading CRM campaign tool and data platform. Adobe Campaign & Braze highly desirable.

 

Salary

£32,000 + Bonus & London Weighting
