 A boutique & highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to their clients. They punch well above their weight and boast an impressive client roster which includes some large and well-known organisations. They always strive to go beyond client expectations and are recognised as leaders in their industry. They now need to grow their team and are looking for a Digital Experience Enablement Specialist/Lead who shares the same enthusiasm for capturing and understanding data.

They are a highly technical and specialist team that work around data collection and data activation. Within these disciplines, they cover 5 key components. They guide their clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.

Role

As the Client Enablement Lead/Specialist, you will report to the Enablement Director, who will support you on all client tasks as required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the overall direction for those clients across the Data Activation and Collection service strands
  • Being the primary interface for our clients running their CRO and Personalisation programmes predominantly via Adobe Target 
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements
  • Manage the delivery of tasks related to conversion rate and personalisation programmes including: 
    • Building testing plans
    • Building implementation plans
    • Configuring the activity/experiences inside of the testing tool
    • Creating segments to better target and analyse data
    • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
    • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage
    • Ensuring all tasks are delivered to a high specification and within specified timeframes

There will be no direct reports for this role immediately – which will likely change as we continue to grow – but you will have access to at least 6 additional staff members shared by the rest of the business to manage all your client requirements.  These additional staff members are split between solution design, engineers, QA and project management roles.

Skills and Experience Required (Flexible):

  • 3+ years CRO/Personalisation
  • 1+ years Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics
  • 1+ years managing client accounts 
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sense of humour
