OVERVIEW

My client, a rapidly growing data consultancy based in London are augmenting their existing offering which includes, digital data design, collection, automation, personalisation and optimisation and now looking for a Digital Data Scientist to join their consulting team as a result. 

The successful applicant will work with different forms of customer data such (behavioural web + transactional + CRM) to build models that generate customer segments to then feedback into owned and 3rd party platforms. This will allow our customer to make a more proactive stance on personalisation communications across platforms/devices.

The Role

  • A successful candidate must have a demonstrable background with experience in big data, data management, data lakes, data hubs, and data-driven CRM. Skilled in data getting created from marketing platforms like Adobe Analytics, AEM, Audience Manager and CDP.
  • Strong understanding of all marketing technology platforms such as DMP, CDP, and data visualization platform
  • Improve existing, data pipes to enable faster and smarter data assets that will allow new and innovative marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing technologies,  either as a Data Warehouse or as a Big Data engineer or as a Data Scientist
  • Solid general architectural skills, with proven expertise in  (working with) complex data systems
  • Work with analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Stack, Adobe Analytics to combine and analyze the results of the campaign

 Experience 

  • Experience writing code using R or Python
  • Experience building data models including linear regression, lifetime value, propensity and next action  
  • Experience activating data models through owned (site/app personalisation tools)
  • Experience building models which run through the third  party (DSPs) tools such as Adobe Campaign Manager, DV360, Tradedesk, Amazon, Sizmek 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
