We currently have a partnership with this cutting-edge non-for-profit promotion agency based in London whose mission is to ensure that London continues to grow and remain at the forefront as a leading international city. This agency has a strong focus on promoting London-based businesses across some really exciting markets across North America, South Asia and Europe. They have been operating for over a decade and currently employ over 300 people with a view to grow further over the next few years. 

Role Overview

Lead, develop and deliver growth and conversion strategies to increase profit from the affiliated channels and brand. This is an opportunity to build a team to grow audiences and income from affiliated channels including email, social, influencer, mobile app and a website.

Key tasks

  • Develop & deliver the growth strategy, identifying new opportunities to increase customer acquisition, retention and conversion across existing and new channels
  • Lead & develop a new Growth team, recruiting new positions as required and/or sharing existing resource within the marketing team e.g., development / design
  • Line manage and work closely with the SEO manager to create and implement successful multi-channel customer acquisition and content strategies that increase profit
  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team to ensure we are growing our audiences and generating income from all our channels including email, social, influencer and our mobile app
  • Be the product owner of the brand website, identifying and prioritising development, content and design/UX requirements to deliver income and growth
  • Conversion rate optimisation including designing & delivering a personalisation strategy and A/B / MVT testing programme across our channels
  • Identify, source and market new products or product categories to grow our audiences and revenue
  • Line manage an analyst to deliver actionable insights to support the growth strategy and embed a culture of data-led decision making
  • Lead and manage affiliate relationships to ensure we are working with the right suppliers and any white labels we use are optimised for our audiences
  • Manage and optimise onsite programmatic advertising

Skills & Competencies

Essential

  • Demonstrable and significant experience of defining and delivering successful multichannel ecommerce growth and conversion strategies
  • Experience of creating successful digital end-to-end journeys to improve acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Product management leadership and conversion rate optimisation experience, identifying and prioritising growth opportunities
  • Testing and experimentation working methodologies, including how to design and run experiments 
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, marketing, social, and SEO/SEM
  • Customer-first and data-led, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and acquisition data to deliver successful action plans
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong influencing & negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Committed to continuous learning and evolving with industry best practice

Desirable

  • Working in an Agile environment
  • Working with Sitecore to deliver personalization strategies

Impressive Salary

up to £65,000 + Benefits
