OVERVIEW

One of the hottest and fastest-growing media shops in the U.S. We’ve been honored as Ad Age’s Media Agency of the Year, a Leader in Forrester’s first-ever wave of major media shops, and Adweek’s U.S. Media Agency of the Year.

This Agencies  Analytics group applies analytic rigor, data-driven and fact-based reasoning to guide the development and execution of advertising and marketing strategies for clients. Specifically, we adopt statistical modeling methodologies and performance insight techniques to maximize the ROI of marketing and advertising across offline and digital channels. We seek entrepreneurial individuals with a background in business and marketing performance analysis and a passion for translating data into actionable insight. This role will be exposed to online display advertising, search marketing, social media, site analytics, consumer insights, brand equity analytics, and market/audience segmentation.

This person will be responsible for:

– Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

– Develop a deep understanding of client’s industry, business objectives and strategy, media plans, and consumer journey as context for selecting and implementing cross-channel tune-in attribution tools

– Work efficiently with clients and internal teams to manage the onboarding/set up process for cross-platform tune-in attribution efforts with partners such as DataPlusMath and VideoAmp

– Glean actionable insights from tune-in attribuition platforms to support in-market and post-campaign media optimization.

– Work with internal and client-side teams to incorporate tune-in performance data with other data sets (e.g. Nielsen ratings, digital metrics, brand lift studies, etc) to draw broader conclusions and make overall campaign optimization recommendations.

– Track project resources and progress against task plans to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery

– Develop and maintain internal database proprietary of tune-in performance benchmarks

– Support proactive “what-if” analysis and guide marketing and advertising decision-making

– Provide regular assessments of various video tune-in partners relative strengths and weaknesses

– Package and present analytical findings to internal and external audiences.

REQUIREMENTS

– Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree and 4+ plus years’ hands-on working experience with tune attribution partners such as DataPlusMath and VideoAmp.

– Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking, with a strong grasp on digital asset naming convention and how they impact the measurement process

– Strong creative problem-solving skills

– Highly skilled with tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides

– Highly motivated team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Video Investment, Media Planning, Analytics and Ad Ops

– Attention to detail and time management to deliver high-quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines.
