OVERVIEW

Position Overview

The Supervisor, Programmatic Trading works within multiple buying platforms to actively manage major client campaigns, overseeing a team of Traders. The Supervisor, Programmatic Trading is a results-driven, detail- and numbers-oriented individual, who is able to lead a team in solving problems creatively and analytically.

Responsibilities

  • Supports media strategy development.
  • Plans across digital video and display.
  • Oversees Trading operations implementing, managing, and optimizing buys in DSP’s and other platforms.
  • Designs and executes testing strategies in the interest of client media.
  • Maintains knowledge of ad technology buying platforms and analytics tools.
  • Evaluates of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the programmatic space.
  • Leads partner calls.
  • Provides thought leadership for clients: POV’s answering questions, always the status quo.
  • Leads billing coordination.
  • Oversees Campaign builds pacing, optimization, Snapshot reports.
  • Participates in multiple calls – client status, kickoffs, internal status, etc.
  • Works as a partner, collaborating within a full-service media planning and buying client agency team.
  • Other duties as assigned*

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7+ years of hands on in platform trading experience required.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Keynote
  • Hands-on experience with TuneIn 3PD Audience data, PMPs, and DSP platforms (DV360, TTD, Amazon etc.)
  • Reporting knowledge from Ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, SAS)
  • Third party Ad verification (IAS, Double Verify, Moat etc.) and survey integration tagging (YouGov, Data+Math, Video Amp etc.)
  • Communication: strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and close attention to detail.
