Role

The Ad Operations Specialist will serve as an integral trafficker on assigned accounts, and needs to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, affiliates, managers and coworkers. The Senior Specialist, Ad Operations thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an integral trafficking specialist
  • Maintains consistency and best practice in our ways of working across markets and pushing forward our media optimization capabilities
  • Mentors Assistant Specialists, Ad Ops in the department and serve as a resource when tackling challenges
  • Works with team members across service lines including Planning and Analytics to ensure inputs are correct from the outset
  • Oversees Ad Ops and trafficking needs for assigned clients, ensuring that best practices are followed
  • Works closely with our central media account and data teams and individual market activation teams to ensure successful technical deployment, trafficking, QA and troubleshooting of trafficking ad tags/creative rotation
  • Incorporates knowledge of 3rd-party pixel protocol, event tags, floodlight tagging, etc. into ongoing campaign execution
  • Pushes for ongoing improvement of efficiencies and challenging established outcomes on behalf of our client each and every day
  • Other duties as assigned*

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience: 2-3 years media agency experience preferred, including focus on digital media execution and campaign management. Past media Entertainment, marketing and advertising agency internships also preferred
  • Hands on experience working within the ad serve (Google Campaign Manager) 
  • Third party Ad verification (IAS, Double Verify, Moat etc.) and survey integration tagging (YouGov, Data+Math, Video Amp etc.)
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Aptitude and interest to quickly learn those that you don’t have hands-on experience with
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication required

Salary

$75,000 + Benefits package
